USA Basketball

USA Basketball is the name of this blog. Why? Because there is no other country today that is so passionate of that particular sport. USA invented basketball. In 1891 by Dr. James Naismith, a teacher at the YMCA Training School in Springfield, Massachusetts, invented the game originally call Basket Ball.

Oh, so we shoot balls in the basket? Yep, more like it. But it had evolved throughout the years. USA promoted basketball like it's the world's most famous sport. Basketball icons are more popular the politicians. Who's Michael Jordan? And Larry Bird? Perhaps you also know who the original Dream Team members are.

This blog will focus on basketball, particularly the NBA.

It's been a while since I saw games on TV. I was surprised to see Pau Gasol on a Lakers shirt. The last time I know, he's from some other team. Probably two years ago. So I intend to resurrect my interest in this fancied sport by blogging about it. Who's your team?

Any team but the Lakers! Forgive me purple fans. Nothing personal here. Just blogging.

So what do I plan to do? Make this a three-column template. I should post an update at least once a week. Will I just be repeating news? Nope. I will write based on my analysis, however raw it is, and with my flare as an analyst wannabe. This site will not been an aggregator of what is posted somewhere else. This USA Basketball blog will try to be unique as much as possible.
